About Blue Level Management

1. Who we are

Blue Level Management LLC is a property care company based in Northeast Florida. We operate BlueLevel HomeCare+ for homeowners and landlords, ToolDash for on-demand tool and equipment delivery, a vetted Vendor Portal for licensed service professionals, and a concierge team that coordinates the work from first call to final walkthrough.

2. Why we built HomeCare+

Most homeowners do not have a problem finding a contractor — they have a problem knowing who to trust, what a job should cost, and when routine maintenance is due. HomeCare+ puts that in one place: a maintenance plan for your property, a concierge who takes the request, and an approved vendor who does the work.

3. What we do

• HomeCare+ memberships — seasonal maintenance plans, priority scheduling, and member pricing.
• Service requests — routine, scheduled, and emergency requests routed to an approved vendor.
• ToolDash — tools and equipment delivered, rented for the job, then picked up.
• Vendor Portal — job leads, documents, and payouts for licensed and insured professionals.
• Concierge services — a real person coordinating scheduling, updates, and follow-up.

4. How vendors are approved

Vendors apply through our Vendor Portal and are reviewed for licensing, insurance, and scope of work before they receive leads. Members rate every completed job, and those ratings feed how future work is assigned. Blue Level coordinates the work; the licensed vendor performs it.

5. Service area

We serve Florida and surrounding areas in the Southeast United States, with coverage expanding as vendor capacity grows in each market. If you are outside our current area, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help yet.

6. Working with us
