Concierge Partner Agreement

This Concierge Partner Agreement governs your role coordinating member requests, vendors, and escalations on behalf of HomeCare+.
1. Engagement & Status
Concierge partners may serve as employees or contractors depending on jurisdiction and engagement letter. This agreement supplements your individual engagement terms.
2. Confidentiality
Member, vendor, and platform information is confidential. You must not share, export, or use it outside the scope of authorized work.
3. Scope of Authority
- Triage and assign service requests within published guidelines.
- Issue routine refunds and goodwill credits up to the limit in the Concierge Playbook.
- Escalate disputes, complex issues, and safety concerns per SOP.
4. Communication Standards
Adhere to messaging tone, response-time SLAs, and SOP-based scripts. All member communications are recorded for quality and training.
5. Conflicts of Interest
Disclose any financial or personal relationship with vendors or members. You may not steer leads to vendors in which you have an undisclosed interest.
6. Tooling & Access
Access to internal tools is provisioned on a least-privilege basis. Access is revoked promptly upon role change or separation.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement per the underlying employment or contractor agreement. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.
